Tim Blankenship started his career in concrete in the 80s beginning as a concrete laborer. Over the next thirty years, Tim advanced his career and his expertise in concrete through positions with Baker Concrete, Precision Concrete Construction and CSolutions. He has installed hardscapes nationwide, specializing in exposed aggregate, stamped concrete, pavers, natural stone and polishing concrete. Before founding Blankenship Concrete, Tim gained expertise in all facets of concrete construction and management - sales, estimating, project cost & controls.

Jamie Hustey has over 25 years experience in the concrete industry. He began his career in the early 80s as a management trainee for Rinker Materials Corporation, learning from ground up concrete and building materials production and distribution. He advanced to the position of Architectural & Engineering Representative where he promoted and educated designers in the use and specification of concrete, brick, clay brick paving and their associated products. In the past decade, Jamie worked exclusively in the field of architectural concrete as a consulting representative of a national architectural concrete products manufacturer providing marketing, consulting, education and training to architects, engineers, contractors and owners in the design, specification, installation and feasibility of architectural concrete.
